Applicants should supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting application form.

Duties
Provide secretarial administrative support to the team i.e. emails, typing, filing photocopying etc. To manage incoming telephone calls and meet and greet clients.  Ensure the Reception area is kept tidy,  willing to take responsibility to open and close the Centre, a good time keeper, reliable, trustworthy and understanding of varying abilities. As this role is in a centre which provides services for clients with various abilities all duties must be be carried out in a caring, professional and confidential manner.
