Commis Chef required for busy Seafood Bar & Restaurant. A minimum of 3 years experience required. The ideal candidate must have a good level of english, must be of good character with excellent communication skills. Experience & good working  knowledge of HACCP is essential, Previous experience in preparation of fish & shellfish would be an advantage. Accommodation can be arranged.
